Pink and white, bows and bobbles, smiles and giggles, and tea and strawberries were everywhere you turned. Grace was turning three and she was treated like a princess. Sarah and Charles are such a wonderful parents. I love how they invest so much time and effort in raising their children to love God and realize how special they are. That is truly an important aspect that our culture has lost but Sarah and Charles have realized that it isn’t an option it’s a must. This birthday for Grace was just such an occasion. The little girls were treated to makeup, hair, nails, and jewels. Then they all headed upstairs where they discovered the tea party. The silver had been brought out, fabric had been draped, strawberries had been dipped in chocolate, and the cake was made for a princess. After the girls enjoyed their treats it was time for more fun and games. Sarah had prepared a game something like pin the tail on the donkey but it was actually kiss the frog and turn him into a prince. It was A-DOR-A-BLE! Then the girlies gathered around for a princess story and then ran outside for bubbles and fun in the sun.
Sarah and Charles, thank you for including me in Grace’s life. I’ve so enjoyed watching her grow and I love to laugh with her. You guys are such a wonderful example of what parents should be. I hope and pray I can be half as good a parent as you’ve been. Keep it up! Love you tons, Meg

It is so wonderful to have you capture parts of our lives! I still remember us talking after dance practice the first time we met at Celebration. Look how far God has brought us! I simply LOVE having you as a part of our lives, it is such a blessing to us to capture these moments. Thank you for those encouraging words, I have no one else to give credit to but to Jesus! He has made (and continually makes) us into the parents we need to be for these kids. We love you so very much Meg!
